Stopped in for lunch. Our food was really good. The staff was very warm and friendly. We will definitely be back!

How did I not know about this place? Northwest Herald Readers' Choice Award voted 2021 best caterer and sub shop. I heard through the grapevine that I had to try this place out. I went here for lunch. I ordered the classic cheeseburger with fries anda soda. It was made to order, very fresh, and very tasty. The steam was coming off of the burger and fries as I ate them. Thelettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions were all prepared fresh on the cheeseburger. The menu is vast but categorized in a waythat is simple to navigate. They have a little bit of everything here for everyone. The restaurant is clean and the people whowork here are friendly. I had a conversation with the cashier over the counter about the menu as I chose my meal. He wasinformative and even went into the back room to bring out an associate in order to discuss my gluten allergy with me to ensurethat I would pick a meal that would benefit me and avoid an allergic reaction. It was total above and beyond service. I'mexcited to come back here for another meal.

I have been a regular customer at this restaurant since it opened. The food is decent, particularly their burgers, but the portion sizes tend to vary in quality. Unfortunately, the customer service leaves much to be desired. They often close early without any notice, which adds to the inconsistency. Most recently, I attempted to place a delivery order today (Tuesday, November 25, 2022) and was unexpectedly informed that I couldn't order delivery anymore because I allegedly "yelled at the delivery person." This is completely untrue, and because of this experience, I will not be ordering from them again. Consider this a warning to potential customers.

I had the best fried dill pickle spears and dill dip I've ever tasted! I also tried the fried macaroni bites, which were delicious as well. They weren't overly breaded and still had a creamy texture. Everything we ordered was excellent, and I can’t wait to come back!

BB offers a wide-ranging menu, and the veggie on Focaccia is quite good. However, what truly sets them apart from a typical deli are their homemade chips served with a delicious house dill sauce. The chips are sliced to the perfect thickness and fried to perfection.
