Always a good family place. recently found a visit card of a talented lady who sang there! my daughter was 18 months old when peggy called her.

The Shatley Springs Inn's homestyle fried chicken was the star of the menu, with nothing else quite measuring up. Guests enjoyed bluegrass music on the veranda every weekend, adding to the unique charm of the restaurant. Sadly, it is now closed, leaving Lee McMillan, his family, and the nostalgic memories of this beloved spot dearly missed by people from all over the USA and beyond.
During my first visit, the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. I will definitely be returning.
