McDonald's - CROYDON PARK

McDonald's has a place especially if you have young kids. This restaurant was clean and well presented but the staff need to be trained. Getting a Happy Meal order wrong is a bit of a worry.

Very disappointed with the lack of care in the dining area near the playground. We called in at 2pm and every table in that area was dirty and had rubbish on it. I know that customers should put their rubbish into the bins, but they obviously don't..and so Management should make sure that Staff are aware of this fact, and tables should be cleared and cleaned regularly. We were there for over an hour and no Staff member came into that area to clean tables and remove rubbish, and customers were forced to do it themselves . It was all very dirty and untidy..perhaps we were just unlucky..i hope it isnt usually so awful.

After drivng back from Lilydale this morning, I was feeling a bit hungry, so I called into Macca's in Croydon (just near the Croydon hotel) I ordered 2 egg & bacon muffins (my favourites) and a large orange juice, the restaurant was nice and clean, the staff were quite friendly and the service was fast, the food was nice and hot, I even got to read the days newspaper, overall it was a pleasant experience!!!!

The restaurant always remembers to add sugar and stir my coffee, and their hash browns are consistently hot and crispy. Unlike other McDonald's locations in the area, they never make mistakes.

I have never had a better experience at a McDonald's than the one I had recently. The McChicken was succulent and delicious, and the girl working behind the counter, Claire, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even though they were about to close. She happily took our order and we were very grateful after a long drive.
