Contribuiți la feedbackOnce again a very special joy to return to this excellent local curry facility in sanderstead. it was her Wednesday evening special menu, which is absolutely delicious. we had not booked, but fortunately were given the last table in the restaurant, (it was full house!.) the people came and went in the evening and it was always full with newcomers. in principle, most starters and netzen are available on the menu (prawns etc. are charged) plus popadoms and dips and the deal includes 2 items per person (i.e. vegetables/bread,) from the menu. we always have a delicious food there and we were looking forward to going one because we were unfortunately not able to visit. after the delicious crispy popadoms and beautiful dip tablet, we had again their amazing mixed meat-plated starters, which were a great mix and variety of meat and absolutely spicy. we then went into the main thing and had the glorious sizzling chicken shashlik’s who were very pleasant. this was accompanied by the usual sago-aloo, wobble bhaji, keema-nam and mushroom rice, all very tasty and went a real tasty. we had the usual cold pints of cooled cobra lager (shandy) on hahn, which was very refreshing. we had another wonderful evening and can't wait to come back. would highly recommend visiting this gem in the krone' and especially the amazing deal on a Wednesday evening.
Visited here after I heard wonderful things from native in sanderstead. sad I feel that this is the case, as most people who are about this restaurant rave are English and not quite know what is a truly authentic and good Indian curry. very disappointed, naans. are not freshly made, but shop purchased and curries are Bland bases they add only last min meat or garnel on the basis of their choice. I will not visit again.
This restaurant cannot fail for lush eating fantastic customer service and excellent customer support mistakes. the manager concentrates especially on its guests who receive the best experience of the restaurant. this special restaurant kept us during the pandemic last year, held our ghosts. a sense of normality, as eating was still so good and it was delivered in a covided safe way. it was very pleased to find it again exactly as before when they order a takeaway, it will be exactly the same as when they had inaugurated. thanks to the entire staff
I recently moved to the area and decided to give my local Indian restaurant a try for the first time. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to receive cold, bland food that lacked taste and flavor. I will not be returning.
It was wonderful to return to the Delhi Kitchen', Sanderstead for their amazing wednesday evening special menu'. Basically most starters and mains on the menu are available (prawns etc. are surcharged), plus popadoms and dips and the deal includes 2 items (vegetable/rice/bread), from the menu....We always have a glorious meal there and we had looked forward to going for a while and took some friends who enjoyed the experience. After the tasty crispy popadoms and lovely dip tray we once again had their mixed meat platter starters which were a great mix and variety of meats and absolutely scrumpcious. We then went into the mains and had the sizzling chicken shashliks and chicken tika masala which were all very enjoyable. This was accompanied by sago-aloo, onion bhaji's, mushroon bhaji, keema/plain-nam and mushroom pilau rice which were all very delicious and all went down a treat. We had the usual cold pints of chilled kingfisher/cobra lager on tap which was very refreshing. We once again had a wonderful evening and can't wait to come back, would whole heartedly recommend visiting this jewel in the crown' and especially the amazing deal on a wednesday evening.
