Braziliana Street Food Cafe - Croydon

We had a delightful breakfast at a Brazilian restaurant. We enjoyed our meal on comfortable chairs by the window, watching the world go by. I had a delicious hazelnut baked twist and my companion had a chocolate muffin. The coffee was also excellent, just like the friendly server. The restaurant had a vibrant atmosphere with a bright green wall and colorful artwork on display. The menu was diverse, featuring traditional Brazilian pastries, cakes, and street food. I wish we could have stayed for lunch as well! Overall, a great experience and we even tried some Brazilian BBQ.

I have family members who grew up in Rio, so Brazilian food has always been a part of my upbringing. The dish that was always cooked for special occasions was feijoada. No one could beat my grandfather's feijoada, but this cafe comes close. The portion sizes are very generous and the food is incredibly tasty. Even the greens that come with it were delicious. I will definitely be coming back!
