Starbucks - Crown Point

Today, I went to a different location, and the second photo displays what I received. When ordering a drink, we expect it to be mostly liquid, not just ice. One employee even told me that I needed to add more oat milk to get a proper drink, which is outrageous.

I believe this is the most roomy Starbucks in the area. They even have a bar counter to sit at and a large outdoor space for the nicer months. It's bright, with plenty of parking outside. The people here are nice, quick, and informed. Highly recommend this one if you're in the area!

The individuals working here are very nice but I was disappointed in the drink. There is more ice and foam than liquid. The drink is half empty, and there is a nasty black substance under the lid, and on the rim of the cup so I did not drink it. Not thrilled, but past experiences have been fine.

I come here almost everyday and the service is amazing. The staff is very friendly and they always get my order correct.
