Kfc - Crowley

Took awhile for our food to be walked out to us. The soda in the gallon bag was so flat it was undrinkable.!! Do better guys. Very disappointed.Parking: The parking lot is very odd. We had to drive completely around on to the main road just to park on the other side. Drive thru is just to long for no reason.

They forgot our mashed potatoes. And 8 chicken tenders are $20.33

Only the manager and the fry cook were on duty, but they managed to handle the busy crowd impressively. They worked hard to meet the demand, and my overall experience was quite pleasant. Let's remember to be kind, as many restaurants are understaffed and doing their best.

I've visited KFC twice and requested fresh chicken, and both times my request was honored. For anyone who has doubts about KFC, I want to share that they have a new manager named Hope, who is genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. Keep up the great work, Hope! I'll definitely be back as long as I keep getting my fresh chicken and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere. Kudos!

Many items on the menu were either unavailable or frozen. The frozen options would take about 40 minutes to prepare. The staff didn’t appear to be very engaged or attentive. I noticed several customers trying to place orders at the drive-thru only to leave without ordering because of the situation. On a positive note, the interior was clean and well-maintained, and there were no issues with the fountain drink machine, as it didn’t spray soda everywhere.
