Subway - Crossville

I ordered online from this restaurant while I was working at the Pfau across the street. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect as I specifically requested no salad or avocado. I tried calling for over 35 minutes to speak with someone about my order, but there was no answer. When I received my order, it was not prepared correctly and was not heated as I had requested. It was disappointing that they couldn't fulfill my order properly or answer the phone. After realizing the mistake, I called again after another 35 minutes to see if they could fix it, but still received no response. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. If cold, incorrect food is acceptable to them, then this place may be suitable for others, but not for me.

I stopped at this restaurant for a quick meal while on the road. The service was excellent, the restrooms were clean, and the employees were friendly. The ingredients looked fresh and were well-presented. The preparation area was spotless and efficient. There were tables set up for social distancing due to COVID-19, and there was plenty of space in line. It was a quick and convenient stop on my journey.

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and polite. The vegetables are fresh and well-prepared. I have visited multiple times and the quality has been consistent.

Lady working was rude to us because we used our phones to order so we could get the promo code for a free sandwich.

Had a pizza for lunch it just came with cheese and your choice of veggies. I like a little meat with mine got pepperoni, and ham she got pretty skimpy with the meat, not the upcharge.
