Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Crossville

I took my wife and kids out for some ice cream, but our experience was disappointing. The girl at the drive-thru was quite impatient and rude. After we placed our order and pulled around, she leaned out the window and gave us an unwelcoming look. We'll definitely be avoiding this place in the future; it was the worst service we've ever encountered.

Garbage. $10 for a chicken strip basket. Comes with less fries than a small. Smallest chicken strips around and they were hard as rocks. Plus 2 of the chicken were some weird color substance that didn't even look like food at all. Place has been goingdown hill for years. The fountain drink was good though so there's that. The few fries were decent but chicken not edible.TRASH!

You can't go wrong with a Blizzard. Even at the drive-thru, they still turn the cup upside down! It's impressive. The staff always serves with a smile, which truly brightens my day.

When we reached the window, there were three people standing at the register, and it seemed like no one knew what was going on. We paid, but while I was checking the receipt, they asked for my card back because the payment didn’t go through properly. The first charge on our card was for two of our items, and then we had to pay for the other three separately. To top it all off, the sundae was supposed to be made with chocolate ice cream, but they made it with vanilla instead. You really need to get things sorted out—this was a disappointing experience.

Not impressed at all, ordered 3 blizzards in drive thru with lids and a drink carrier, they handed them to me with out lids and over full, so they gave me the lids to put on myself, I got about a block away because they tipped over in car, because to full to put lids on correctly, One blizzard completely emptied, I went back gave them the tray and asked for them to re do it, theytook tray redid the one, put back into same drink carrier, with blizzard every where and didn?t even clean the others off.. Andwas rude the whole time, and I had to pay to clean the inside of my cars console the seat and between then because of the sourmilk smell the next day that I couldn?t get myself , this happened about a month ago, but just went back today and wow 23minutes to get a3 piece chicken strip lunch and a original cheeseburger , they had employees but they were not working together,everyone was lost standing around, and my sundae was 1/2 melted because they gave me that with my drink first,
