Domino's Pizza - Crossroads

This place is not bad what’s my favorite pizza place Domino’s come here and have some pizza it’s very good you need to try it

Crossroads Texas Dominoes app messed up, when attempting to correct issue, store manager could not solve issue and acted as if it’s my fault and was rude. Another employee then stepped in and tried to solve issue and couldn’t but at least tried. Then I had to reorder. Got home and order was wrong. Good grief I feeling like Charlie Brown with this location.

The pizza is always good except for about the last ten times at least. I’ve watched the person slicing it and they don’t slice from one side to the other. They use a half round slicer and only got the middle of the pizza so I either have to re-cut it when I get it home or it will tear apart and be a mess. Dominos, either go to a round roller cutter or teach people how to use the tools you have there. This has been happening for months solid so I can’t be the only one.

I have never had a problem with Domino's pizza or customer service at this location. The staff is very friendly and the service is usually excellent. I appreciate that I can easily order three medium pizzas for only $20 to feed my family of six. I have been a loyal customer for many years and will definitely return.
