Red Swan Pizza - Crossing

Red Swan is undoubtedly one of the best pizza places in the city and has quickly become one of my favorites. The quality of their food is exceptional. In my opinion, their sesame crust truly makes them stand out. I highly recommend ordering the XL pizza to fully appreciate everything they offer. While their prices might seem a bit high, they are absolutely worth it; premium ingredients like these don't come cheap.

On my last visit, I voiced my concerns about the overly cooked pizza, and I was told I would receive a complimentary pizza as compensation. However, when I placed my latest order, that promise wasn't honored. It seems that customer service is no longer a priority here. (I still decided to order takeout.)

We’ve ordered nachos from this restaurant several times for $12 each, usually getting two orders. However, this last time, we received a single layer of nachos that barely covered the plate, and we could see the paper underneath. I could have easily finished the entire order myself, whereas we used to share between three people. When we called to express our disappointment, we were told that this is how they always make them. That’s not true! They definitely did not resemble the picture on their website or how they were previously prepared. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again!

The pizza sauce here is truly one-of-a-kind, and the sesame seed crust is absolutely delicious. I've never been let down by my experience. The staff is consistently incredibly nice and friendly.

This was my first time ordering from Red Swan, and I was really impressed! I’ll definitely recommend it to others. I came across some reviews mentioning bad experiences, but we decided to give it a try anyway, and I’m so glad we did. We ordered a pepperoni, mushroom, and ham pizza, and it was amazing! The wings were great as well. Thanks, everyone!
