There are self-service kiosks if you don't enjoy interacting with other people like I do.They do take online orders though, so keep that in mind if you're feeling impatient.Took off one star because like another reviewer mentioned, the kiosk defaults to a 5% tip. You have to manually select the custom option and type in 0 if you don't want to tip.I do love their taro and pudding milk tea though so I'll most definitely be back.
I have ordered at the place and also got it delivered before, which the quality of the drink seem to be the same either way. I think that the drinks here are not too bad but not super delicious either compared to other places. The place itself is very cute and clean, with a couple of seats! The staff there are also very fast with the orders and friendly too, which is great. The drinks are a little pricey but the amount they give is good plus the cups are reusable so that's great! I would come back to try their other drinks.
Easy ordering kiosks and pickup system. Lots of fruit teas and cheese foam options! Beautiful cups and we loved the fruit tea with sliced fruit in it.Parking: It’s one of the busiest intersections in Brighton. Street parking is available but difficult to find. Side streets are all strictly resident-only and your car WILL get ticketed and towed if you park in resident-only areas! They are legit waiting to catch people here
I love coming here when I'm in Allston. I get the same thing- the watermelon tea. I have gotten it with various sweetness. 100% is the best , 70% is good. 50% is not sweet enough. They are fast. Seating is limited but in the few times I've been there most just grab and go. Writing this review makes me want to come back soon. Mmmm.
The Four Seasons tea is pretty good but rather expensive. The smallest size is $6.50+ before tax. The worst part of the experience is by far the ordering. There are 2 self-order kiosks with the worst check-out experience possible. You can ostensibly order with the one-person working the place but then the entire line is held up. When you use the kiosk, it annoyingly asks you to input your phone number with no option to opt out. They mask this under the guise of sending you updates for your order but lets be honest, you are 2 feet from the counter, you don 't need to be texted. AND you 've given up your number for their marketing. Second, the screen defaults to a tip with no 0% tip option. You have to click the Other amount and then type in 0 . At every step of the way, I feel like I was being shaken down and they just hoped to wear me down enough to get what they wanted. A truly hostile user experience and one I will seek to avoid in the future.
