Mcdonald's - Crossing

Other than ordering through the mobile app, this locations requires you to text the store to ?check in?. Tried to knock on the door at least three times with no response until after waiting a total amount of 27 minutes until someone noticed me.

This location is totally gross. Employees doesn?t know how to treat their customers. I know they have to deal with some bad people. They treat genuine people same as like homeless. Their mobile always shows items unavailable but they also have in store. Even upon asking and waiting 5 minutes they gave you cold food. Someone should look after this location specifically employees including manager they need to fix themselves

Hey everyone! So, I had a takeout from this restaurant along with my friend. It was a total disappointment. I specially ordered sandwiches with extra sauce but there was not even a little bit of it. In another sandwich , there was supposed to be habanero sauce but they added 3 different sauces which totally ruined the flavor. the fries were not fresh at all!! The iced coffee was not mixed with sugar properly. I do not recommend this restaurant.

This place is disgusting! I ordered a big mac and large fries with medium coffee one cream three sugars. I got a soggy horrible burger with meat patties so thin you could see through them they slathered it with way too much mayo or secret sauce, it was cold and after one bite it was enough. The fries were cold and my coffee didn't have any sugar in it at all. I would recommend to everyone thinking of getting anything from this Macdonalds location DO NOT GO THERE!

Great staff, their level of skill in customer service really stood out! McDonalds is okay, no issues but this small team made the downtown store a head turner for me.
