Kayuga - Crossing

Kayuga recently transitioned to serving KBBQ, so I just had to come and try out their new menu. We ordered a dinner combo and it was so much food for three people. It came with eight side dishes and two large egg stews. The steak was so tender and our server grilled it expertly in front of us. The marinated beef had such a gentle sweetness to it. I felt like a king eating such a feast. Overall, the meat and side dishes were absolutely delicious, the servers were very polite and attentive to us and the atmosphere fit wonderfully for a modern KBBQ restaurant.

The atmosphere here is so great. It’s a chic kbbq place and the service is very good. I’ve been looking for a good kbbq place in the area with a more modern vibe and this definitely fits the bill. The prices are reasonable and the food itself tastes delicious. 10/10 recommend and I’m definitely coming here again

The restaurant had loud music and uncomfortable seating, and they used QR codes for the menu, which wasn't my favorite. However, the food was fantastic! I ordered udon noodles and really enjoyed their perfect texture. I also had dumplings as an appetizer, and they were delicious. Surprisingly, it was very quiet at 8 PM, which I appreciated.

Although the combination of Korean and Japanese dishes under Chinese management might not sound appealing to everyone, the food I tried exceeded my expectations. The Chicken Gizzard, tossed with peppers, garlic, and sesame oil, was particularly noteworthy. The Kimchi Fried Rice, while a bit Americanized and lacking the tanginess usually found in authentic Korean dishes, was still quite tasty. I was impressed by the speedy service, with all the meals arriving in under ten minutes, which added to my overall positive impression. While Kayuga might not be my top pick for genuine Korean comfort food, it is definitely a reliable spot for anyone in search of a quick meal or a laid-back K-BBQ experience in the BU area.

This is an excellent late-night spot! The selection is impressive, and the meats are tasty, particularly the steamed eggs and the side dishes. I will definitely return.
