Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse

Disappointed in the king crab. Drenched with butter. Usually that's just on the side as well as lemon for your preference. Make sure to ask or your stomach will be tore up like me.

It was so hot in the dining room it completely ruined our dinner. Servers informed us that the “air conditioning is out/broke and it will be fixed in 10-14 days. Seriously? Did not complain, paid the bill, tipped 30%. Very, very painful.

If you're going to charge $120 per person for dinner, the least you can do is have sufficient air conditioning. This used to be my favorite steakhouse in Boston, but I won't be going back until they get the HVAC fixed. We were literally sweating from the moment we walked in. Everyone was. When we asked the waiter, he said the HVAC system was old and the windows were single pane glass...and they didn't want to spend the money to upgrade either the windows or the AC. As a result, they set it at 65, but it never gets below 84 degrees. Seriously?!?

We were let down by Del Frisco's. Our server was kind, but messy. They spilled drinks, couldn't explain the menu, and seemed confused. The steaks were too salty and fatty, lacking marbling.

We had an amazing view of the airplanes coming in and out of Boston! Our server was phenomenal and helped us out with such attention to detail and passion! The spinach and Mac and cheese appetizers were yummy. All of our main courses and desserts were phenomenal, too! We'll be back.
