Boston Burger Company Boylston St.

Went to the restaurant with a party of 14. We waited 10 minutes before our drinks even came. 45 minutes into our service, 4 people out of the party still had no food, when it finally came an hour later, the grilled chicken on the salad was basically cold. Which was to be expected because I saw that salad standing there for the last 45min. The burgers and sandwich were also cold when they were supposedly “waiting for them to cook” the reason they gave us for not giving us our food on time. Had to leave the restaurant hungry. It was a terrible experience.

Delicious burgers! I had the Hot Mess which would give 4 stars and my husband had the 420 which we would give 5 stars! We got the Mumbo fries and they were pretty good. I liked the sauce though it made the fries a bit soggy. I’d definitely return. Kid-friendliness: Good environment and menu options for kids

Go with the emptiest of stomachs, huge delicious burgers with great homemade chips on the side! Whatever you get will be yummy!
