The only reason for the four stars is the server. Bryan was a great server! He's super polite and professional. He seems really concerned with the quality of his service, food and your happiness with your experience. Great job Bryan! We don't know him. This is the first time we met him. Without him, the rating would have been two stars. The food is fine, but my drinking cup had a few creamy streaks of stuff that went down the inside of it. It looked like Ranch. Bryan was super apologetic about it and got us both new clean cups. Thank you, Bryan. You are an excellent server!

Inaugurated. This is the first time that this Applebee in several years. In recent years, it has dared cigarette smoke, but NOT more. I went at 3:00 and ordered the lunch menu. I ordered the southwest salad w/grilled chicken it was fresh and delicious. My guest ordered the steak with 2 pages of Broccoli. The steak was thick and cooked on request. It came hot and fresh. Jacq was our server that was friendly and excellent service. I'll come back.

Nice atmosphere. The food was good. The service might have been a little better, they have completely forgotten about our appetizer. And then I wondered if I wanted it after a meal came out. Of course not.

This place has really good food and the service was spot on. I met my wife and granddaughter here for dinner. I don't understand why everyone is giving this place any bad reviews. I think people just want to gripe about everything. I would definitely recommend this place to eat. Try this place out before listening to bad reviews from others.

Just had the grilled chicken with garlic potatoes and broccoli for lunch. Everything was cooked perfectly, so my kudos to the cook(s)!! Only complaint is please fix the air conditioning as it was a bit warm, and the flies were annoying. Otherwise, I highly recommend!!!!!
