4 Star Pizza - Crooksville

Waiting about 2 hours for food is HORRIBLE service. Food tastes great but they need to hire a whole new staff and better managers!!! Not acceptable

We ordered pizza and 2 subs. The subs only had 2 pieces of ham and 2 pieces of salami. Their was more bread then actual meat. Will not be ordering from their no more.

Fucking sucks. We've waited over 2 hours for our pizza. At the 1hr 45mins mark we called and asked about the pizza, we were told it was on it's way. Half hour after calling back we called back agai cause guess what our pizza was still not here. Its take 10 mins top to go from Crooksville to Roseville. When we called back they said it wasn't on it's way after saying it was. Worse service ever. Worse workers ever. You guys can shove it.

They messed up our order and instead of doing the right thing and fixing it and giving us what they messed up free, the wanted me to wait to eat another 45 minutes so they could remake it and bring it but needed the other one back... My wife has worked in pizza management along time and that's not the correct way to handle that situation and when i told the lady that she said because of how i was speaking to her she wasnt going to remake it and i was no longer aloud to order there. Well thats fine but i order over 100 dollars worth of food from there a month so it's your loss. I wont be coming back anyways because your customer appreciation sucks and your make it right policy isnt right either.

Ordered there frequently until it took 2 hours for my food to be delivered by then we had already gotten other food else where and then was told we were no longer allowed to order for delivery after they messed it up. haven't order since and never will been a year. they were so rude to us.
