Mad Mex Fresh Mexican - Cronulla

The food at this restaurant is of good quality and the staff is very friendly. The location is convenient, so guests have the option to grab drinks from elsewhere if they prefer (such as coffee, juice/smoothies, McDonald's beverages, etc).

I enjoy Mexican food with lots of flavor. However, I had a negative experience with one of the employees today. After paying for my burrito in cash, the young man did not change his gloves before making another burrito. He also touched the display with his gloves and did not change them. The food was still delicious, but I recommend checking their food handling procedures, especially during COVID times. Thank you, see you next Wednesday at 4:45 PM.

Ordered a regular chicken burrito. Received not much in the way of ingredients (aside from the rice and beans. Will go to Guzman next time.

Mad Max Chains vary in size and quality. There is little consistency (trust me I’ve been to many) and the size changes. It just does. My burrito at this chain was small and cold. Don’t go here!

Horrible experience. We are going through a terrible pandemic but staff are not taking safe food measures. Today, Monday 27 around 15,35 I decided, as I doing 2 or 3 times a week because I m working very close, to have some food. I requested a cheese each plus others. The girl who served me, wearing gloves took my money and with same gloves cut my food having her left hand over my dish. After she cuts all, she took the pieces with same gloves and put in the container. This is NOT acceptable in a normal time, less now in PANDEMIC.
