Great customer service. Visited this garage on Friday to get some Petrol and oil for my car. One of your colleagues (apologies I didn’t catch his name was a great help to me in finding the correct oil I needed and when their card readers went down he was very calm and was helpful to the customers until they went back online. Visit was between 18-18:30 on Friday, colleague was a gentleman with glasses. Would like to pass on my thanks to him :

Over priced and slow service. There seems to be lots of staff standing behind the counter they see the long line and just ignore it and continue to have their chat.

Well stocked but no urgency from staff to mann tills. Had to wait behind 3 people only using the shop. Very annoying when you are in a hurry

Great little store when it's open. Ignore the 24hr listing, due to covid lucky if it's open till 10:30pm, some days it's shut by 8pm or only has 1 staff member serving in night till. Friendly staff and good selection of food and plenty of forecourt space.
