I was one of 3 customers. Long wait times. Horrible management. Coming from a former.subway employee. Absolutely pathetic
This Subway in Crofton, NE, is terrible! I paid almost $9.00 for a foot-long turkey sandwich with no cheese and no dressing. They also failed to include all the vegetables I requested, and the bun wasn't even warmed before they made the sandwich. I called to complain, but they didn't care at all. We will never stop here again if we're in the area, and I definitely do not recommend it.
I should have realized something was off when the open sign wasn't even displayed. We walked in and were greeted with complete silence—no hello or welcome at all. It took an astonishing 20 minutes to prepare three sandwiches, and that's being generous. The first two sandwiches arrived cold because, after being toasted, they were never finished properly before checkout. I've never witnessed such a lack of pride in their work from two staff members. While we were eating, they were still making food for customers who arrived after us. Again, it took about 20 minutes just for them to get that order out. To top it off, we couldn't even find any napkins for customers. This experience was utterly disappointing, and a refund doesn't even begin to compensate for it.
Unfortunately, my experience was not good once again. We decided to give the place another chance after encountering issues during our last visit. This time, however, we faced a different problem. The Subway employee had trouble finding the right button on the register for one of our sandwiches, which was priced at $5.99. Instead, he charged us $8.39. When I pointed out the discrepancy, he tried to find the correct option but ultimately said he couldn't locate it and insisted we had to pay the $8.39. I'm not sure why he couldn't just input the correct price that was displayed on the menu board. It’s worth noting that we were overcharged during our last visit as well. I hope this is simply a case of inexperienced staff; however, he was the only employee we saw on duty. I don’t think I will be returning anytime soon.
