Burger King - Crockett

I stood in front of the register for four minutes before being attended to. When I ordered a #3 with an Impossible Burger, I was told they couldn't make it because the broiler was down. What?! If you can't serve it, just take it off the menu!

I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes with no one in front of me, and there was no response from the staff. As I drove past the window, I saw several employees just standing around. This is not a good sign for the business. It seems like no one is really concerned about the situation, possibly because they're paid by the hour regardless.

The service was the slowest I've ever encountered. I was the only person in line and still waited an hour for just four burgers, receiving my order after five others, even though I had ordered 15 minutes before anyone else pulled into the drive-thru. The woman who took my order was great, but there’s clearly a need for improvement in your service.

Best darn Burger King. Food, service, all top notch.

I asked for only meat cheese Mayo and mustard only and the amount of jalapeños on this burger is completely inedible I can 't eat this. The lady repeated what I asked for back to me and my receipt also shows it. But clearly the kitchen doesn 't know what only meat cheese may and mustard means I tried calling them and they won 't answer my calls. And apparently they can 't tell coke from root beer either.
