Bistrot Le Petit Crillon

Owners very out of hand, to bust ranting abuse over cyclists and ancestors! He wants to reduce his customers. That's the right way. Especially after a long WY then a steep rise in heat. We went like so.e Dutch people... if we had to wait 30-40 minutes!!!

For a quick snack. I wanted to order a page of Pommes for my daughter. Manager/owner? said he had no fries because his machine was broken. Then argued with me that even if it wasn't, he couldn't do it as it wasn't on the menu! Even if he has a chicken skewer on his menu! Then he explained to me what a menu was and that if I did not ask anything in the menu, I should not be surprised, the answer was no! At this point I paid for my bottle of water and left. Never been treated so rudely in a restaurant in my life! This guy is a shame for the restaurant workers around the world and is a miserable individual who is not a business in the position he is.

Manager is very rude and service was terrible. I waited for a single bread basket for 45 minutes. When the food arrived, the pommes floated in oil...

Visited the restaurant 3 years ago and we were impressed. But the visit today to the new Petit Crillon, with friends made me very disappointed. Extremely bad service and medium food. Must be new management because the old would never accept this.
