Gourmet 4 Crewe

The food was surprisingly bad, and we had to wait over an hour while they prioritized takeout orders, with numerous Just Eat delivery drivers coming in and out. After an hour, we finally received our pizza and chips. My partner did get a free beer, but I wish we had left before the food arrived. The kebab was not made with the correct meat, but they exchanged it without charging us. The pizza had corn on it instead of pineapple, which they did swap out without a charge. In the end, all we had was cheesy chips, which were terrible. I do not recommend this place; it should only operate as a takeout if they’re going to give those orders priority.

The restrooms were inadequate. The tables were not cleaned or cleared promptly after we finished eating. The front-of-house staff appeared to be quite young, which may explain their lack of experience. As for dessert, the cheesecake was frozen, and we received a discount on the bill for that. Overall, I won't be in a rush to return.

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. It felt like it was run by kids, with loud, upbeat music playing. We ordered several drinks, but they were unavailable. Unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll be going back, which is quite a shame.

The food was lovely and incredibly good value. The staff were helpful but not intrusive. Really enjoyed our visit here.
