No hot water coffee, container was empty, ask for bread bowl when served was then notified they were out of bread bowls

Really terrible experience. The blonde, female manager is so rude and unprofessional. I don't understand how you can charge $10 for soup and serve it ice cold? Why would I pay $10 for soup to serve myself and then have to heat it up myself in a dirty and germy microwave that is on the floor? Terrible service. And where are all the pastries?? It's 1130 I'm the morning!

Very good menu — lots of healthy choices. Pleasant staff.

The kitchen was a bit backed up and it took a while to get my order, but it was worth the wait, in my opinion.

Always a good choice for a wide variety of things. They have salads, deli sandwiches, soups, and pastry.
