Hardy's Fish Chicken - Crete

Hardy's fish and chicken overpriced chicken wings. $16.00 for 10 very small chicken wings. Not worth the price. This place seems to have a customer service problem. After picking up my order I told the owner that on my last order they had forgot my jalapeno peppers and told me to ask for them on my next visit. Well needless to say I asked for the peppers they forget in my last order and he did not want to give them to me. Even after playing the recording of his employee admitting that he had forgotten to give me the peppers I had ordered he basically still did not want to give me what I had paid for. I asked him if it made any sense to come in and spend $25.00 and then try to get 3 peppers for free and he said no. This is how Hardy's honor their customers for patronizing their business. Who argues over 3 .35 cent peppers. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!

First time this food was great went back chicken wings was very small and shrimp was overcooked and hard

Sorry but it was the most bland chicken I ever had. The chicken had no seasoning!

First time ordered from there. Fried chicken was fresh but breading a little dry. The wings were very good with the honey barbecue. I'm sure we would order again from here. But next time would ask to put the fries in a separate bag. In with the chicken especially the wings get too soggy from the sauce and we like them crispy. Otherwise satisfied and the fellow who waited on us was very nice and friendly?

I’ve purchased here for years. Today was the worst experience that I’ve ever had there. I called ahead and asked for the prices she told me they had 25 whole wings for 25.99. I asked her for two orders. Then when I get there my total surpassed $70. I asked her why was the total So high when I was told $25.99 for an order. Then she states she didn’t tell me that. She stated she told me $59.99 which doesn’t make sense since I ordered 2 orders of 25. I didn’t think about it til I left. What she was trying to charge me is when you order a flat out 50 wings instead of the 2 orders for 25.99 which would’ve been cheaper than saying 50 wings. If I asked for two orders and she was right she should’ve had 100 wings which she didn’t have. She lied and then wouldn’t just try to say it was a miscommunication but told me I was lying. Then I stated I didn’t want it and asked for the owner. He said he didn’t hear his employee and let her continue to be totally disrespectful. At one point I said I would pay for the food but then she kept being disrespectful. So I left with no food. Horrible service!!! I will NEVER order anything from here again.
