Burger King - Crete

I waited nearly 15 minutes for my online order to be ready. This is one of the worst Burger Kings in the area. I've made several attempts to give this location another shot, but it's just not worth it.

I'm not sure about the reviews here, but I'm a big fan of the Whopper. I often stop by on my way home to eat inside, and this location does a fantastic job. The restaurant is clean, and my food has always been prepared really well.

I've made several attempts to give this place a fair chance, visiting at different times and ordering a variety of items, but the quality has been consistently disappointing. No matter when I go or what I order, the food is always cold and seems to be hastily prepared. It’s clear that there is little to no pride taken in the food preparation, and the staff doesn't seem to care. I visited for breakfast on the 10th of August and the day before that as well. On both occasions, I had to return some hash browns because they were overcooked and hard. The replacements they gave me were undercooked and only lukewarm at best. The manager, a woman who wears glasses, has a very poor attitude. It's not so much about her tone but rather her complete indifference; she appears to be there just to collect a paycheck. It doesn’t matter what job you have—taking pride in your work is essential. In customer service, it’s crucial to show care for your customers. My wife works in customer service and goes above and beyond to treat others the way she would like to be treated, and how she would want her family to be treated. I apologize for the lengthy review, but I wanted to provide as much detail as possible about my experience. Save your time and money; you’d be better off getting food from the Circle K at the corner, where the service is guaranteed to be better. Have a great day and be blessed!

Asked for a cupholder, the worker told me she does not speak English. Asked for an Impossible sandwich and the cashier appeared to have never heard of this sandwich. I won't be returning. I'm not sure what is happening at the Crete location with the people that are being hired.

Very ignorant people. Coke machine sucked. Told them taste like seltzer water and they try to say it was good. I know what it's suppose to taste like not good at all. Never going back there. Plus McDonald's next door thought I'd be better off. Even tho I don't do McDonald's..
