WoW Steak - crete

When we tried to order our main courses, we both wanted beef fillet, but they were out of that as well. The only steak they had was flank, and it was awful - the taste was off. I only managed to eat a few bites before giving up. When we finished eating, it took the wait staff about 30 minutes to clear our plates, despite there only being three full tables in the restaurant. I had to ask multiple times to pay the bill and only received it 45 minutes later when a manager noticed us looking around for assistance. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It is overpriced and the service and food quality are lacking.

The food was delicious and the service, particularly from waiter Thomas, was excellent. The restaurant as a whole was very nice, but on the pricey side.

We celebrated our sons 19. Birthday and everything was perfect! The staff were amazing and very attentive... the food was delicious- bravo to cook!!! Overall, the attitude was divine and we could not ask for a more perfect place. Very recommended!!!!

The food is very good. The service can be much better. It took 45 minutes to get our first drinks. And in the evening it always took a lot of time. This is because the winds of beers must come from above where the bar is. That's a little weird. The waiter Yannis did his best, hè was very friendly!

We went to the WOW Steak last night on vacation and thought it was absolutely terrible. The waiter came by to take our drinks order, so I ordered a beer and my partner had a look at the menu and they never saw any alcoholic beverages she tied up, so she asked about a fanta orange, but the waiter said there was no fanta orange left, then she asked about a diet coke and they never had anything of it so that they only had the quiet water, but then about 10 minutes later we got the child. Secondly, we have ordered our most important courses so that we both wanted to go for the beef fillet, but they never had anything of it and the only steak they obviously had was the flank and it was absolutely terrible, the taste of it was simply not right. I had only eaten about 3 pieces of steak, I'm not the kind of person complaining about restaurants, but that's definitely one to complain. As soon as we were finished eating, waiters took about half an hour to take our plates Baring in mind the restaurant had only 3 tables full so it wasn't as if they ran out of there. I also had to ask to pay the bill about 4 times and finally got it 45 minutes later when a manager came by and asked if everything was okay because we always came after waiting for someone. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant to everyone and do not wish this experience because it is also very overpriced.
