Just an unbelievably terrible sandwich. Not just bad, but horrible. We've eaten at this subway before but this time the sandwiches were bad. First, the bread was not fresh. It was stiff, not soft and the crust on it flaked off. I ended up cutting the top portion of my bread off to make it a bit more easy to eat since it wasn't soft. Then, there was just almost nothing on the sandwich except the meat and cheese. I counted 3 olive slices, correct tomatoes, not even enough lettuce to extend the length of the sandwich. Needless to say, I've noticed the lack of condiments is a trend at Subway to help reduce costs. It's reduced two customers is what it's done. My parents said they recently had the same problem at this Creswell subway. Our visit was 3/13, approx. 1pm for internet pick up.
As always, nice fresh ingredients, and a good place for a stop by lunch while out and about for the day.
Worst Subway experience in my life. Never going back. Ordered a footlong wrap and the skimped as much as they could and gave me this scrawny thing. Smaller and lighter than a tbell bean burrito. Asked for extra peppers and they told me they couldn’t because they have to watch their portions. ??WTF!!! I told them I’ve never heard that from a subway before and they said “We are corporate, you must have been going to a franchise”! Unbelievable, employee and manager standing right there in agreement. Never been so unsatisfied with my subway purchase and the lack of caring to make the customer happy. The service industry is going belly up. Bye!
Poor management has caused efficiency to plummet. Slow turnout speed during my experience caused multiple customers to become disgruntled and angry. When confronted on the poor efficiency the claimed “district manager” for the creswell store working 1/28/24 @noon also claimed first come first serve to a customer while openly displaying the opposite. Once the disgruntled customer left the “district manager” and fellow employees showed there VERY HONEST opinion of the man who confronted them blatantly in-front of a store full of other customers. They let the knives to cut sandwiches in half soak in a disgusting tub full of water mixed with who knows what all day. Glove/ hand washing ignored after the dispute cross contaminating everything during the process. They are always out of 4-5 things they offer as well.To finish my review, if your wanting a tasty sandwich for lunch. Go to the grocery store and build one yourself, youll save money, be much more sanitary and ultimately not have to be disrespected and lied to by someone who visibly has no idea how their job works and thinks he’s the most educated man western hemisphere.
