Subway - Crestwood

Great sandwiches! But the Indian lady working here is not nice to kids with special needs. I would like to talk to manager about this. Else I will report it to the state of Illinois to investigate abusive behavior at the store. They can review and revoke the store license.

I can 't complain about our sandwiches; everything was good, however my complaint is that they don 't accept any coupons. I know it 's at participating locations but I never had an issue with any other subway refusing before. They should make it known upfront with a sign that they don 't accept coupons.

I ordered a pizza and as he was creating it a bug began crawling on the pizza crust and he smashed it thinking I wasn 't paying attention. I immediately yelled that he needed to make a new pizza and he was confused as if I didn 't just watch him. He asked ' so you don 't want it? ' And instead of making a scene I just left. Disgusting!!!!

Subway is always good, but I couldn't really understand the ladies that served me since they were foreign, but they were super kind and friendly. I wish they would add a little more ingredients when you ask for xtra xtra of anything. Asked for an extra extra amount of jalapenos, but I got barely a handful. Other than that, wasn't bad.

Food was what you would expect. I had the ham and cheese sandwich. I also ordered the new footlong pretzel and it was pretty good. They don't have the new footlong chocolate chip cookie for some reason.
