Applebee's Grill - Crestwood

I went for an earl dinner and got the Grilled Chicken breast with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and steamed Broccoli. It was okay. The chicken was flavorful, but on the dry side. The Broccoli was slightly over cooked. Best thing was the potatoes.My server was attentive and friendly.

They can do better. Waiters’s had her palms on my sandwich, As she was carrying it. She did not ask us has was our food. She did not ask us we needed anything else. Fries was cold. The water is horrible, sickening to the stomach. And told the waitress. Presentation did not look good. They need to clean better, hair on the seat. Table not that clean. He was just wiping the tables any kind of way. I did not order anything I had to do with broccoli and had broccoli on my plate. Tried to leave a Survey and could not find a website for it.

Today my husband and I decided to eat at this restaurant. Upon entry we were informed that the wait time is 45mins-1hr. We decided to stay. After waiting 50 minutes to be seated the waitress was ready to take our order before we could open the menu. We was not offered any water. I ordered the crunchy shrimp, my husband ordered the full slab of ribs. We ordered drinks as well. It took 35 mins for the drinks. After 45 mins the waitress came out and said they do not have any ribs, therefore he ordered the 2 for $25.00 meals. Across from us was a party of 12. They came in after us and got their food before us. Finally my husband's food was brought out, but not mine. After waiting 50 minutes after my husband was finished eating the waitress asked me how was my food. I told her that I never got my food. She went to check and my order was given to the party of 12 by mistake. This whole experience was a total disaster and I would advice people to go somewhere else for better treatment.

Arrived Thursday evening about 8pm. One entrance door was locked. Was seated immediately and a waitress came about 7 minutes late. Placed our order between 8:20 and 8:45. Waitress came to table about 9:05 and said there was a glitch in the kitchen and servers had to shout out orders. Our food arrived about 9:20 and had to be sent back because it was not cooked correctly(1 steak well done no pink, the other medium well with a little pink). She took our food back to be cooked correctly, however when she brought it back we decided to take it home which was about 9:40pm by then. When I cut my steak at home it was still pink so I cooked it in the microwave. The waitress apologized for the delay but it seems whenever I come to your establishment there is always something happening to cause a delay in service.

Waitress ediah N. Was very rude argued with me in the restaurant. She took a long time with my drinks.food was not even fresh. She had bright colored wig which employees should not wear not professional at all.
