Publix Super Market At Bent Creek Shopping Center

My great-great-aunt just picked up her quarter sheet cake, and it was really disappointing. It looked like it had been made by a child. She was charged $46 for what turned out to be a complete mess. However, my mom is currently on the phone with a manager, and he has promised a full refund for the cake. We are truly grateful for that, but the bakery didn't treat my 86-year-old aunt the way they should have.

I ordered a wrap for pickup at the deli and was quite disappointed. I specifically requested avocado, and while there was some in the wrap, it felt like they just brushed a little on the tortilla and thought that was sufficient. I asked for White American cheese, but I received the standard yellow American instead. Additionally, only half of my wrap had the ingredients I requested; the other half was missing bacon, peppers, and ranch dressing. I’m giving it 2 stars because it tasted decent and they managed to get my dad’s sandwich right. However, the assembly quality and consistency were definitely lacking.

The staff at this restaurant is outstanding. The environment is always friendly, whether you have a question, are looking for something specific, or simply want to make a quick visit. Service is generally prompt, even during busy times like the Sunday church rush, when everything still runs smoothly. The managers readily pitch in to assist with bagging and checkout, including the general manager. Overall, it’s a fantastic atmosphere and a great team.

Nice grocery store with a good bakery, deli, and fresh meat seafood. Good for a quick pick up of items or a full shopping trip. Prices are a bit higher than some other grocery stores, but variety and quality of items seem better than lower priced stores. The store appears clean and well stocked, with plenty of registers open, so no long wait to check out. Would recommend.

The store is clean and very organized. The prices are a little steep, but the quality seems descent. The cashier/staff seem to be personable and friendly. They have beautiful and bright flower bouquets $15.99-$25.99).
