The steamed and fried dumplings are superb. The house fried rice with extra shrimp (add salt and pepper) is delicious, and the lo mein is always a favorite with my children. I find the lady who takes orders over the phone to be very professional and thorough.

I really enjoy this restaurant, so please don't get me wrong. However, the gentleman at the register has consistently misunderstood my orders. I discovered this when I called in an order, so I decided to go in and order in person. Unfortunately, my order was still incorrect. I requested a small order of shrimp fried rice for an extra $3, specifically asking for only shrimp with extra seasoning. Instead, I received a small order of shrimp fried rice (with only 5 shrimp) and an additional $3 charge for the seasoning. As I mentioned, I truly like this place, but something needs to change.

I typically don’t write reviews, but I’m surprised this place only has a 3.5-star rating. Many reviews mention that the staff isn't very friendly. Really? I’ve ordered around 50 large family meals here over the past nine years, and everything has always been accurate and consistently good. In my opinion, it offers great value for the price.

The service is quick, the food is excellent, and the portions are generous. Occasionally, communication can be a bit challenging, but it's definitely worth it.

The hot and sour soup was delicious, but the "fried rice" was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Also, they didn't provide ice for the drinks.
