I have been going here ever since I moved to crestview.. customer service always stands out to me. But one employee has stood out the most and that Kelsey! She will go above and beyond to help her customers and I truly appreciate it. If you need any recommendation ask her!! She knows her stuff!!

Great place for my alcohol needs whether it's Bourbon, Rum, Beer or Wine, and they always have the brands I'm looking for, they also have a great selection of IPA's back in the walk-in cooler. Always friendly, helpful, and store is laid out to where you can easily find your liquid pleasures.

The weekly Friday evening wine beer tasting here is so fun and tasty. The servers know a lot about the tasting drinks and poor into actual tasting glasses, not a paper cup. It's a good way to meet people, regular locals typically show and the $5 paid for the tasting is discounted from your purchase that night. Attending these is how I learned about wine and beer and helped me discover what I like and don't. The store also provides a good variety to be relatively small compared to Total Wine or BevMo. I really enjoyed this place when I lived in Crestview.

I have been going to this business since it opened a few years ago. I found out tonight that you have to be a silver member on their rewards program to purchase certain bourbons. The clerk behind the counter was very nice, however he said he could not sell me the bottle of Buffalo Trace because I was not at the silver level of the rewards program. Turns out my wife is at that level so was I was able to buy it. Not happy with the owners policy. If you want to give discounts for reward loyalty points, that's one thing. But refusing to sell a product that is on the shelf is a bad business policy at best and discriminatory at worst. I live close by but will use other liquor stores in town. Probably the Publix one across the street. Bad policy will lose customers.
