Irwin Brewing Company's Public House

Ever since the Public House opened, we?ve been huge fans. We love the beers, the entrees, the appetizers. Tremendously disappointed this past weekend. The street corn app was STONE COLD (usually piping hot. The trout entree was completelyflavorless. The Parker Burger was half the size of when it debuted. How can this restaurant go downhill so fast? Service wassuperb, staff is great. Food? amazingly worse

The ambiance was pleasant, although it could get a bit noisy at times. Our waiter was fantastic, and the food was delicious. I ordered the Parker burger (a cheeseburger), which came with thin fries and a water. The meal was somewhat pricey at around $17.00 plus tax, but since Crested Butte is a costly area, that's to be expected. The restaurants likely have high expenses for staff, taxes, and food deliveries, which ultimately affects the prices for customers. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience and would definitely consider dining here again.

I had some of the best fish and chips I've ever tasted, and I'm from New England! Instead of fries, I opted for a side salad, which turned out to be fantastic—fresh spring greens paired with the most delicious vinaigrette. I typically don't enjoy coleslaw, but I found myself finishing every bite. They also have a huge selection of craft beers, and I couldn't resist taking a growler home. The service was excellent as well.

We bought out public house for our wedding reception! The food was incredible, the General Manager, Kevin was so on top of all the details, they had a ton of staff present for the day, and every single person working there was so friendly and helpful. Thestage and music venue downstairs was epic for dancing and for our DJ. We couldn't recommend Public House more. They took care ofeverything, the whole process was super easy, and we had such a memorable night. Thank you, Kevin and PH Team for throwing usthe party of a lifetime. Forever grateful for you all!

The food was enjoyable, and the beer selection was impressive. We ordered an appetizer, but it arrived at the same time as the main courses, which meant our appetizer got cold while we were eating. When the waitress noticed this, she just laughed it off. Considering the price we paid, we expected better service.
