Excellent food, quick service , and amazing customer service, visit this globetrotter ran food truck and enjoy some excellent food.

The Greensboro Food Truck Festival on August 28, 2022 was bustling with a large variety of food trucks. As someone who struggles with making decisions, I spent time walking around and checking out all the options before settling on a food truck to order from. This particular truck had reasonable prices compared to others, although they were out of some of my usual choices like wings and jambalaya. I ended up ordering the Shrimp Etouffee and Cajun boudin balls with Who Dat sauce. Despite a small hiccup with the timing of my order, the food was tasty. The Cajun boudin balls had a nice heat to them, but I wasn't a fan of the mustard-based Who Dat sauce. The Shrimp Etouffee was warm and flavorful, with a pleasant level of spiciness for my taste. I regretted not getting a drink to accompany my meal, but overall, I had a positive experience at this food truck. The friendly staff and delicious food made up for any minor shortcomings.

The food tasted good. I can tell their popular because they run out of dishes quickly. It made even more sense after tasting my plate!! I would order ahead if I was you.

This food truck came to my neighborhood recently and although there was a long wait in the cold, it was totally worth it! My partner and I split the jumbalaya, the shrimp etouffee and some mozzarella sticks. Everything was flavorful and cooked well! There was no shrimp in the etouffee but even then it was still well worth it. Check them out!

Line movement was extremely slow but the food was extremely good. Disappointed they were not selling their Boudin balls. Ordered the Chicken Sausage Jambalaya and a side of fried Okra. Food was fresh and hot.
