I was having dinner when the person sitting next to me found a long hair in his rigatoni. The waitstaff took it to the owner, who insisted it was just a piece of plastic, despite it clearly being hair. The owner didn't come out to apologize, but later, after another customer complained, the waitress returned to say the owner would take $10 off the $19 bill because the customer hadn’t eaten the whole dish. I usually visit this restaurant twice a week, but that was my last time. Instead, I’ll head to Nunzio's, which is just two miles away. Great job to the owner for being so cheap; you just lost a loyal customer, and I’m sure the other diner will never return either.
