Papa John's - Crawley

Ordered my pizza at 2120. It is now 2300 and it has not arrived. I have tried phoning them but no answer and then cuts out. Terrible service. Happy to take your money but not provide what I have paid for. Dominoes from now on I think.

How can they get my order wrong when I pacifically ordered half-and-half which was a meat pizza and a cheese pizza, but instead I got a whole cheese pizza. This is ridiculous and I’m not ordering here ever again.

Ordered two vegan and non dairy ben and Jerry. We received the order pizza were good. Then we went to eat the ice cream and found out it was the milk version, not the vegan ice cream. We rang up ànd complained about it they basically lied saying the had no vegan ice so they sent milk type. We ask for refund on the ice cream, that's when suddenly the manager realised it was a mistake and sent out a non fairy ice cream. We place the the dairy ice in the bin as we don't eat dairy. The delivery driver drop the non dairy ice cream then requested the dairy ice cream out of the bin. I assume this is for re sale.

Ordered food. Said it was delivered but never showed up. I left instructions to exactly where it was and to get in contact with me so i could go outside and collect it

It come very late and it’s stone cold not impressed spent £60 and come cold
