The restaurant offers a wide selection of authentic ales, lagers, and a good variety of ciders.

Stopped in for a coupla pints and evening meal. Kitchen takes last orders at 7:45pm on a Wednesday. The Wednesday evening bar maid was very friendly, in fact all the staff were. I had the chicken breast with peppercorn sauce and it was bangin '. (Peng) My mate had the fish and chips which were great though he left the mushy peas, not quite up to the Yorkshire Caviar standard seen elsewhere. Would go again.

This B&B offers friendly service, modern rooms, and delicious breakfasts. Located in the town center, it is convenient for exploring local attractions and easily accessible from the bus and train stations.

Had the best Sunday roast in a long time. Lovely ladies serving us. Great value for money.

Accom is superb, with service to match. Food is splendid, as is presentation. Last visit, I had roast duck breast, served on dauphine potatoes fresh veg with a wonderful blackberry cooler.
