Tommy's Pizza - Cranston

Best scallops I have ever had--cooked perfectly!. My husband and I just had a fantastic meal--he had the Chicken Sausage, Escarole and Beans and I had the Scallops Giovanni. Both were delicious but I must say the scallops were the best I have ever had--perfectly cooked!! Also, our server, Julianna, was wonderful. Thanks for a great dining experience and keep up the great work!!

As public servants, we strive to serve our community, and we acknowledge that mistakes can happen. We always do our best to rectify any issues that arise. However, it’s important to note that being a public servant does not justify being yelled at or sworn at. When someone belittles our friendly staff with unnecessary insults and derogatory comments, it changes the nature of the conversation, making it confrontational and unproductive. We consistently aim to address our mistakes promptly. For instance, if a guest orders an Italian grinder and it sits for two and a half hours before they decide to complain about it being soggy, we find it challenging to accept the ensuing outburst directed at a server who wasn’t even present when the order was taken. It’s unrealistic to expect an Italian grinder with dressing to remain in good condition after being left out for that long. Despite the frustrations, three of our staff members attempted to resolve the matter calmly. In my 26 years in the restaurant business, I've learned that people often form quick judgments. We've always strived to be fair; we don’t aim to overcharge anyone, nor do we wish to be taken advantage of. If the grinder had been consumed right away and found unsatisfactory, we would have gladly replaced it. However, it’s unreasonable to blame the restaurant for an order that has sat for hours. It’s disheartening to see some individuals resort to online platforms to criticize our hard work. We genuinely love serving our community and are proud of what we do. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not treat us with the respect we deserve as hardworking individuals.

What Can I Say Tommy's is Awesome always fresh food daily and his fish is fresh daily and his Staff is Awesome !!!

The first time I ate at Tommy's I tried the pizza which I didn't hate! But didn't quite love either. However! The place was clean and friendly with a great selection of beer and wines. The next time however I tried s Veal Parm sandwich which was much more up my alley. Again enjoyed the beer and wine selection and had the same friendly staff as before. I would definitely recommend Tommy's for a lunch or dinner at the bar with the guys (or girls).

Always a treat. I order from here about once a month and I always look forward to it. Can't miss with the meatball grinder or pizza, the calamari is done just the way I like, and the gnocchi are soft pillowy bits of heaven. The staff taking the orders are always friendly and the drivers are prompt and pleasant. If you're looking to eat in the restaurant is lovely on the inside. Plus they have a parking lot.
