Taco Bell - Cranston

I placed an online order for there and he literally canceled my order in my face all because they was to lazy make my order because it was build your own i had to literally order it online again and get it from the broad st location. Don’t even waste your time going there got young workers that are lazy

I’ve been literally trapped in this drive through line for over 20 minutes now with no way to escape.. this is very unsafe and should be illegal ? what are they doing inside???

This place got ridiculously expensive!!!! Never again! $22. for 3 tacos and nachos. I could get a lot more from the grocery store!!!!

I went two days ago and paid for a meal that was left over meat all burnt up my friend she can't eat that then they got mad because we ask them for a side of sour cream change me 97 cents just for a drop I uses to work for taco bell and I would never give a costumer the food they gave me was nasty I was offered then they didn't even give me my Receipt so when I get back to tell them I couldn't get a refund then I ask the young man at the window who was very helpful but asked for the manager she wouldn't come up to us nor the window Dave please respectfully please have a meeting with ur manager from that night time it happened 9:47 pm she was rude and had a attitude problem that needs attention she Represents not only you but the as well the worst experience bye far because of her

I went thru drive thru ask to speak to the mananger today 1/30/24 .she wouldnt even come to the window giving side eye when asked to get our money back do to old food and cold.the fact that she let a worker deal with an issue and not come and fix it .its just insane..you need a good manager for this date at 9:45pm.. 97cents for a nickle side sour cream never again
