Chelo's Hometown Grille - Cranston

I asked for ABLT wit roast beef,just gave to peaces of bread,was good,but that is not how u make a BLT.

Ordered 3 orders of fish and chip and 1/2 dozen of clamcakes. When I arrived home and opened my order all I received was three pieces of fish and the 1/2 dozen clamcakes. Two pieces of fish were undercooked and had to be placed in the microwave to finish cooking. I love Chelo clamcakes but these were gross like they sat around and were reheated. When I called they say it was my fault I didn't get the fries. The website said I had to choose a side so I picked coleslaw. So the say that replaced the fries. Well when you order fish and chips that means you want fish and fries the coleslaw is the side not the fries. If someone wishes fish only they would order fish not fish and chips. The manager was extremely rude on the phone. I will never step foot in the restaurant again.

The air conditioning was not sufficient for the Cranston Reservoir Avenue location. The servers as well as the patron were all complaining. It was way too hot in there. They need to replace the system again. Not a pleasant experience when dining when it's not warm, totally unnecessary 

Chelo's never disappoints for a family meal but this trip it was all about the amazing waitress! She was efficient, professional, kind to the kids and funny!!!!

Great service, great food, great prices! Can't go wrong with Chelo's!
