Dunkin' - Cranford

The service is usually quite disappointing whenever I visit. While the staff is friendly, they tend to neglect the line of customers waiting to order and instead focus on tasks behind the counter for long stretches of time. I would prefer to drive an extra five minutes to another location with better service.

When I got home, I discovered that my food order was also wrong. I went back to exchange it, and they just threw away the incorrect items. I realized this once I was back in my car. Having to return for a third time over such a simple mistake had me quite frustrated. To make matters worse, the employee had the audacity to argue with me, even though they were the ones who messed up multiple times! I do not recommend this location at all. There are much better options within a mile. It’s safe to say they have lost my business for good.

The first time I came in I went straight to Ashley and told her I hated the taste coffee but pulled an all nighter. When I tell you she got my addicted?? I will deadass drive 20 mins to just order every Tuesday and Thursday with her. ????

Quick service and very clean it was a pleasure to come and sit down to eat. The food was hot and very I would go there again. Also the food was good and the coffee was very hot a lasted a while. I also ordered a glaze donut ????.

The restaurant has a very professional atmosphere. All of the staff members are exceptionally friendly and ensure your food is ready in no time. They genuinely wish you a great day. Every dish is prepared perfectly. I highly recommend this Dunkin' Donuts!
