Dunkin' - Cranford

I visited this morning, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff kept asking if I wanted anything else, and every time I added something, a young girl with piercings rolled her eyes at me. To top it off, she didn’t even give me my receipt—she crumpled it right in front of me.

We purchased two doughnuts and a coffee. The doughnuts seemed a bit hard and stale. Many options were sold out. However, the staff processed our order quickly.

The staff could benefit from some training in etiquette. When I walked in to get a cold drink, I greeted the girl at the counter with a "good morning," but she didn't respond. I tried again, and she simply asked if I wanted to place my order.

Fast and friendly service. NO Drive-thru. Donuts were fresh. Visited at 8:25 am and my favorite vanilla cream donuts were already sold out.

Just writing this because an annoying customer said she would write a negative review. Bless the workers for working short staffed and with jerk customers. The patience they have is more than I do working Healthcare. Coffee and donut were amazing asalways.
