Tim Hortons - Cranbrook

I wish we had one of these restaurants in Oregon! The staff is friendly and the menu is a mix of Krispy Kreme, McDonald's, and Panera.

I stopped for a quick coffee and snack for my kids this past Monday. I ordered a few items and Timbits. I specifically said no old fashion flavour. When I got out to the car and gave my kids the Timbits they opened the box and over 1/2 of them were old fashioned! I brought the box back in and the girl at the counter was very condescending when I told her of her mistake. She returned the Timbits from my box back into the case, so gross, and replaced them. She returned the box to me and I asked her to replace all of the old fashioned ones as she’d only swapped 1/2. She hesitantly replaced them all and rolled her eyes while doing so. So rude! If you don’t like your job, then find another one! Tim Hortons food is basically the same everywhere you go, but customer service keeps people coming back!

The person working was rude and just trying to go fast so they messed my order up like usual thanks for taking my money and giving me the incorrect order ?

I asked for rocky road cookies and this what I get I drove away back to Alberta I only asked for two thecashier offer to get 4 and when I reached home this is in my box. I'm craving for rocky road cookies. ?
