Bravo Italian Kitchen Cranberry Township Cranberry

My husband and I decided to go out and celebrate our 13th wedding anniversary. It was not any wait to be seated, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was just right. We will definitely be going back again.

This restaurant used to be so much fun, but the staffing shortages are obviously interfering with customer service. Had to wait 20 minutes for a cup of coffee.

The restaurant is not clean. The entrance floor is filthy. Our table was wobbly and we requested to be moved to another table. We used to be regulars at This location in the past. I can say their standards have really declined.

Disappointing and disorganized Went on a Monday not crowded about 1/2 full were out of a few things like bread! Poorly organized, no visible mgt Watched our food sit in the window for a very long time before finally brought to our table for each course we ordered! Drink took so line was assumed she forgot them food quality isn’t as good either ordered things we have ordered in the past and they were not as good Doubt we will return

Food has to be the worst I tasted. Too bad for such Franchises!
