The hotel stay was excellent. The service, staff, food breakfast , couldn’t fault at all. Well worth upgrading to the Club room, Enjoyed the Club lounge. Our bedroom was on the front of the hotel ,overlooking the river and Wawel Castle .Definately recommend it.

Everything was perfect: ideal location, friendly staff and excellent service. Your hotel is one of the best hotels that we have stayed at. Loved the beds (we have your brand bed also at home) and brilliant customer service there. Highly recommend this place for anyone going to Krakow. We were very happy guests!

Excellent location, very good service. Recommend are the Club level Rooms with the view to the Visla river and the Castle. Also the Club lounge with breakfast, all day snacks and evening light dinner are great value.

Beautiful rooms Good location Nice restaurant Admire the jewellery shop, pity was closed 8 pm Could not buy any of them
