Best music I heard all week. Straight up dive bar, but that's exactly what we were looking for. Great time, definitely going back.

It was closed at 10 pm on Tuesday despite the posted hours stating it would be open till 2 am, I made all my way here to find the place shut

Nice little bar on Frenchmen street, like everywhere they play live music in the evening, we came across a rather modern jazz group, good musicians like everywhere on this street. The place is quite small and there can be quite a few people, which quickly gives the impression that it's full even if it's not disturbing.

Oh spotted cat, how I love thee. A jazz institution that is an absolute must when visiting New Orleans. Every band they have is so talented and we always have a blast.

Spotted Cat is a must stop if you are in the Nee Orleans area. It is an icon and so much fun!! Music is amazing and drinks are great. Super fun atmosphere and great people. We love going here and always bring visitors here.
