Roux On Orleans - Cozumel

The service at this restaurant was incredibly slow, and the food tasted like it was of low quality. My experience might have been improved if I had been able to get butter or syrup with my waffle, but all of the servers were nowhere to be found for 40 minutes.

I had high hopes for this restaurant after reading rave reviews about their food, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When we arrived, we were greeted by a woman who seemed preoccupied and unfriendly. Despite being seated, we waited in vain for someone to take our order or offer us coffee. After about 5-7 minutes of waiting with no service in sight, we decided to leave. It may not seem like a long time, but on a busy Saturday morning in a tourist town, there are plenty of other options to choose from.
