Raw Republic - Cozumel

As a newly raw vegan, I wasn 't expecting the truffle mac to be so good! OMG! It 's better than many cooked vegan versions I 've tried. Will definitely order again!

I came in today and was greeted by the owner who lives in Austin. The girl at the front counter is always super nice. They were celebrating their 10-year anniversary and gave me two T-shirts. The quality of these smoothies can't be beat by anyone in town. You pay a little bit more but you get what you pay for.
